about
Moscow based progressive nu-metal band “Axis Motion” presents its’ new single called “Forester”.
Traditionally merging together different music styles, the song is already known to the fans as the band has been performing it at every show since summer. The recording sessions were held at band’s favorite studios “Dead Whiskey” and “Pulsar Sound” in Moscow, while mixing of this single, as well as of the previously released EP “Isochronic”, was performed by Casey Bates at his studio in Seattle, US. More to this, the song is the last one to have been recorded by band’s former bassist Igor “Iggie” Glukhov who left the band in autumn 2012.
Unlike the EP issued on CD with limited quantity this one is coming out in popular Internet-single format and is available for downloading absolutely free of charge from now on.
lyrics
Sun burns down
This concrete seems to be
Sucking blood out of me
Draining me of what i meant to keep in store for this day
To see to witness to beleive i will break the cycle of endless vicious circle
For all my life i ve been trying
See the bait bite the hook
Pierce the lip shed my blood
Never even cared to wait and take another look
Cut open my mind now i see what's inside
Always in search for a divinity
I try to survive in the mean time
Facing all this war inside
It ties my life leaving me blind
The trail is now lost
What it is got to be
A berzerker inside or a suicidal fool we will very soon see
When it burns inside i know
My thoughts cut me up
Left to bleed
When i try to scream
Aching, struggling anticipating blood spill
I try to make you hear
There is no chance for me to make tou understand what's real
Choosing ways to die
You fail to break this viscious circle
Closing in, it is just a matter of time and your will
